These are my top 10 favorite quotes:

This is a lovely reminder that how you look is not everything. How you act is really what matters <3
#3  "Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind" - Dr. Seuss

This is such a beautiful quote by Dr Seuss which reminds me to stay true to myself because quite often, us humans care too much about what others think and not so much about what we think.

#4  "If you love a flower, don't pick it up. Because if you pick it up it dies and it ceases to be what you love. So if you love a flower, let it be. Love is not about possession. Love is about appreciation" - Osho

This is such a beautiful  and true love quote. Love is such a precious thing and we must treat it as such..

#5  "Push yourself because nobody is going to do it for you"

This is a very motivational quote that pushes me to want to do things and get sh*t done. Especially with exercise!

#6  "There are so many beautiful reasons to be happy"

This is so true. It's all about the little things in life that make us happy. Find happiness in the small everyday things. Appreciate them and then you will be able to find happiness in the big things!

#7  "If you want to be treated like a queen, then act like one"

This applies to anything. Act the way you would like to be treated. Act the way you would like to be.

#8  "What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us" - Ralph Waldo Emerson

This is such a positive reminder that everything we need is already inside us. That we have greatness inside of us.

#9  "A warm smile is  the universal language of kindness" - William Arthur Ward

This is so great and true. We all want kindness at the end of the day.

#10  "We rise by lifting others" - Robert Ingersoll

It feels great to help and support others- to motivate, inspire and be there for them. This is such a beautifully said quote that sums up the feeling..

That brings me to an end.. I have so many more I could go on with but these are my top 10 most favorites which makes it so special!

Benefits of Coffee

For all the coffee lovers here are a few benefits of coffee. These are some of the benefits that I have experienced and researched as well. Disclaimer: Coffee is healthy in moderation and it can have negative effects too if you over drink it. This is true with anything and a healthy balance and lifestyle is the goal. It helps you to have bowel movement Having your cup of coffee first thing in the morning ( filter ) helps you to go to the bathroom and remove wastes so you can start your day well and feeling lighter.
