Delicious Carrot Cake Muffins

Healthy Carrot Cake muffins!
 


Ingredients:
1/2 Cup of coconut flour 
1 large carrot grated
1 medium peeled apple grated
1/4 a cup of raisins 
3 eggs
1/4 a teaspoon of salt 
1 teaspoon of cinnamon 
1 teaspoon of baking soda 
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla essence 
1/4 a cup of milk 
2 teaspoons of peanut butter 
Chopped nuts

Instructions :

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2. In a bowl, ADD flour, cinnamon,salt and baking soda
3. In a separate bowl add the eggs, vanilla essence, peanut butter and milk. Whisk all of this together.
4. Add the wet mixture into the dry mixture and whisk until everything is mixed.
5. Add the raisins, carrots and apples and whisk into the mixture.
6. Grease a muffin pan.
7 Add muffin mix to the pan and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
8. Bake for 20-22 minutes

Enzymatic vs. Granular Exfoliation

What is the difference? Don't they both do the same job? Is Enzymatic even effective?  Enzymatic exfoliators and Granular exfoliators are both know for the same job: to get rid of dead skin cells on the surface of the skin.
